  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 on all previous college work or a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 on at least 12 hours taken with Faulkner.
  • Completion of entrance competencies as listed.
  • Minimum 23 years of age.

The online HRM program’s courses are conducted through the Canvas platform and require weekly participation that culminates in a minimum of 37.5 hours of total participation per 3 semester hour course. Classes may exceed these requirements.

An Online Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management

Students may also pursue an optional emphasis area in Health Administration to expand their subject-area expertise. This emphasis area requires an additional 14 weeks of coursework to complete.

Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management (HRM) Online Program Requirements

Students entering the Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management (HRM) online program must meet several academic requirements, including:

  • 75 hours of core requirements (63 hours with emphasis)
  • 45 hours of program requirements (57 with emphasis)

Students who transfer in core curriculum requirements for the HRM program may substitute 12 hours in general education courses to meet select program requirements. Course participants must also meet minimum age and entrance competency standards and present transcripts with a minimum cumulative GPA for all previous college work at Faulkner University or other institutions.
