Important Dates

Students may begin any of the programs indicated above on any one of the ten course start dates.
Each 5-week course starts on Monday and ends on Sunday.
Students may drop a class with 100% tuition refund through the Sunday following the start of the term.
Students may drop a class with 50% tuition refund through the second Sunday following the start of the term.
Tuesday of the 4th week in each course is the last day to drop with a grade of “W”.
University offices are closed December 19, 2025 – January 1, 2026.

Important Dates

▪ Each 8-week Module starts on Monday and ends on Sunday. Online courses end on Sunday; however, on-ground
courses will end earlier as indicated on individual syllabi.
▪ Students may drop a class with 100% tuition refund through the Sunday following the start of the term.
▪ Students may drop a class with 50% tuition refund through the second Sunday following the start of the term.
▪ Tuesday of the 5th week in each term is the last day to drop a class with a grade of “W”.
▪ Final exams will be held during the last scheduled class in each Module. This date varies for different courses.
▪ October 15 is the graduation application deadline for December graduates.
▪ February 15 is the graduation application deadline for May graduates.
▪ July 15 is the graduation application deadline for August graduates.
▪ University offices are closed December 19, 2025 – January 1, 2026.
