Participant Discounts and Referral Program

Employees are eligible to receive a 50% tuition discount on eligible programs. They may also share the tuition discount with up to two (2) family members or friends.

Program Eligibility

• Must satisfy all admission requirements and maintain satisfactory academic progress.
• Must remain continuously enrolled, including summers, until completion of the degree.
• This offer is valid for new students only. For purposes of this agreement, a new student will be
considered anyone who has not been enrolled at Faulkner in the last year prior to the semester in
which they enroll.
• Cannot be combined with any other institutional discount, award, grant, or scholarship but may still
be used in conjunction with state or federal financial aid, including loans and grants, if eligible.
• Standard fees apply.

On-Campus Dependent Discount

Children and grandchildren of employees may receive a minimum guaranteed $10,000 scholarship/grant toward a traditional, on-campus undergraduate degree (Montgomery campus).

Executive Dependent Discount

Adult children and grandchildren of employees may receive a 50% tuition discount on eligible programs.

Certificate Only

The online Provisional Certificate in a Teaching Field at Faulkner University is for those who have earned a bachelor's degree or higher and wish to be certified to teach in Alabama. Faulkner's potential PCTF areas are as follows: English/language arts and social science. A completed PCTF leads to Class B teacher certification in the chosen teaching field. 

Graduate

Our online graduate programs empower educators and leaders to deepen their expertise and drive meaningful change in education. Through advanced coursework, research opportunities, and collaborative learning, students gain the skills to tackle complex challenges and enhance learning outcomes. Non-Certificate

The C & I degree is an online master's degree in education without state-issued teacher certification for education-related employment that does not require certification. Students will be prepared in the following areas: curriculum design and implementation, assessment, diverse populations, and special education, and the skillful delivery of instruction.

Admission Requirements

  • Online application
  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2.5 GPA) or graduate degree (minimum 3.0 GPA) from a regionally accredited college/university
  • Official transcripts from all previous colleges attended
