Request to Schedule a Test in the Testing Room

The Center for Disability Services; Project Key, provides distraction-free rooms for students with documented disabilities to take tests. If you are a student receiving services from the Center for Disability Services: Project Key and have this accommodation, please fill out the form below to schedule your tests. This form needs to be submitted within 24 hours to ensure that there is a testing room available and the test has been delivered.

Take tests the same day and time the test is being given in the class. Permission from the Professor is required to take a test before the class. Further, we will not administer a test after the class has taken it without permission from the Professor.
