New Employees
All newly hired employees are required to complete and submit the following documents:
- 2019 W-4 Federal Withholding Form (Federal tax form)
- Alabama A4 (State tax form)
- Form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification)** Click here for Form I-9 Instructions.
Complete Section 1 on page 1; Print and submit pages 1 & 2
**NOTE: You will need to present the proper identification with the submission of Form I-9. Refer to the list of Acceptable Documents on the last page of Form I-9. Photocopied and expired documents are not acceptable.
Employment with Faulkner University is conditional upon a satisfactory background check and verification of work authorization through E-Verify.
