After graduating from Faulkner in 1998, Brent Hatcher has been working with the Alabama Department of Public Health since 2005 and currently serves as the Director of the Office of Human Resources.
Hatcher completed his undergraduate studies at Faulkner University majoring in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems. He received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix specializing in Global Management in 2004. He is also a graduate of the South Central Public Health Leadership Institute and is currently certified by the HR Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and by the Society for Human Resource Management as a Senior Certified Professional.
Hatcher recently was honored by Faulkner’s College of Business at this year’s Marketplace Faith Friday Forums.
Hatcher grew up south of the equator in Jakarta, Indonesia. He currently lives in Wetumpka, Alabama with his wife, Rebecca, a 1999 Faulkner graduate and their two boys, Brooks and Reese.
