1. Members and their full-time employees shall receive a 50% tuition discount on eligible programs taken through Faulkner.
2. Members and their full-time employees may also designate up to two (2) other individuals to receive a 50% tuition discount on eligible programs taken through Faulkner.
3. A full-time employee’s children (including step-children), and members' employees shall receive:
a. a 50% tuition discount for eligible, adult undergraduate and graduate programs taken through Faulkner, or
b. a scholarship/grant award totaling a minimum of $10,000 per academic year (fall and spring) through Faulkner’s on-ground traditional program at the Montgomery campus.

Guidelines

• Must satisfy all admission requirements and maintain satisfactory academic progress
• Must remain continuously enrolled, including summers, until completion of the degree
• This offer is valid for new students only. For purposes of this agreement, a new student will be considered anyone who has not been enrolled at Faulkner in the last two years prior to the semester in which they intend to enroll.
• Cannot be combined with any other institutional discount, award, grant, or scholarship
• Enrollment limits may apply in certain programs
• Standard fees apply
• Must provide proof of membership with the Alabama Association of Paralegals Inc. for a minimum of one year immediately preceding enrollment
• Offer valid until further notice
