Graduation Information

August 2025 Degree Conferral Only

Your degree will be conferred on August 29, 2025.

You will receive an email from Parchment to your Faulkner email to claim your electronic credentials.  Once done, your physical diploma will be mailed to the address you provided on your graduation application within 30 days.

The next commencement ceremony will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025, in the Tine Davis Gymnasium, and you have the opportunity to participate.

Additional details regarding the commencement ceremony will be posted on the website and emailed to those who marked that they will be participating in the commencement ceremony in December.

ALL students must apply and pay the graduation application fee for the degree conferral, regardless of participation in the commencement ceremony.  Students will not have a degree conferred or graduate with a degree without completing the application and paying the fee.

If you applied for the same degree in a previous semester, but the degree was not awarded, you must reapply and pay the $15.00 re-application fee.

To ensure you have taken all the necessary classes, completed the appropriate number of hours, and met any other degree requirements, you need to contact your advisor or the Director of your program.

The graduation fee does not include your regalia (cap & gown).  The fee covers the degree audit and the cost associated with printing and mailing your diploma.
