Got questions about your Faulkner iPad? We’re here to help. The university’s instructional technologist provides support to faculty and students in the use of the iPad within the learning environment. You may email our iPad instructional technologist at iPadHelp@faulkner.edu, call 334-386-7396, or drop by Room 120 in the Rotunda.
In addition, EFC, the university’s IT department, assists students with issues setting up their Faulkner network/email account, connecting their personal equipment to our network (wireless or firewall issues) as well as with any issue they report with Faulkner computer equipment.
It’s also good to know that every Faulkner-issued iPad comes with the AppleCare+ Protection Plan. This means that students can call Apple’s award-winning technical support experts as often as they need for technical support. AppleCare support is provided by the university as long as a student is enrolled at Faulkner University and is using a Faulkner-issued iPad.
