Only awards/medallions or cords specified by your department related to your degree and provided by Faulkner can be worn.
3. Sensible dress shoes should be worn, and all shoes must have a strap. Extreme heels are strongly discouraged.
4. DO NOT bring valuables (purses, cameras, etc) with you to the line-up room. We cannot be responsible for any valuables you leave behind while in the ceremony.

6. Our graduate-level degree programs do not receive honors.

A student's overall GPA is calculated based on the GPA obtained from Faulkner University classes and the GPA obtained from other institutions the student attended. If you meet one of the above requirements, you will receive an honor cord at the graduation ceremony. It will also be noted on your transcript.
