How many students attend the Kearley Graduate School of Theology?

In recent years combined enrollment for KGST’s four programs has averaged a little over 45 students.  The four programs are PhD in Biblical Studies, MA (Biblical Studies), MA in Christian Ministry, and MA in Christian Counseling and Family Ministry.

What percentage of KGST students graduate from the program?

Among all students who started four to six years ago, one third have completed their programs. As indicated below, the percentages have varied significantly from year to year. Interpretations of this data should take into consideration the relatively small sample sizes indicated in the previous section. The PhD program is too new to have any graduates yet.

How long does it take to complete a KGST program?

MA students usually take two or three years to complete degree programs. The time varies from student to student, usually because of family or employment commitments.

How many KGST graduates are working in the field?

About half of last year’s graduates are known to be placed in the field. Records for previous years are incomplete. Many KGST students are already working in ministry when they begin graduate work, and those tend to continue in their current positions after graduation.
