Guidelines for Disability Services
Project Key is a service for students with disabilities at Faulkner University. Copies of this guide will be made available in an alternative format upon request. It is an individual's choice whether to self-identify, as well as if and when to use services. We provide academic accommodations and physical access to campus facilities.
It is the student's responsibility to self-identify, provide appropriate documentation of the disability, and each semester request services in a timely manner. This will not be done automatically and must be initiated by the student.
How Do You Qualify for Services?
To be eligible for services you must provide written documentation from a qualified professional on the nature of the disability. Once received it will be reviewed and discussed with you with respect to appropriate accommodations. These steps are prior to any services. View Documentation guidelines.
Who Can You Talk to Regarding Services?
Questions regarding services should be directed to the Director of Project Key. During the initial meeting, services and specific academic needs will be discussed.
