Helpdesk/ Apple Support

EFC, the University's IT department, assists students with issues setting up their Faulkner network/email account, connecting their personal equipment to our network (wireless or firewall issues) as well as with any issue they report with Faulkner computer equipment.

Every Faulkner University issued iPad comes withthe AppleCare+ Protection Plan. This means that students can call Apple's award-winning technical support experts as often as they need for technical support. AppleCare support is provided by the University as long as a student is enrolled at Faulkner University and is utilizing a Faulkner University issued iPad.

The University employs a full time instructional technologist whose primary responsibility is to provide support to faculty and students in the use of the iPad within the learning environment.
