Transcript Requests

You may obtain a copy of your transcript by mailing or faxing the Transcript Request form (PDF) or by visiting your local Faulkner campus.

ALL financial obligations to the university must be cleared before a transcript is issued.

The cost is $5.00 per transcript. If you mail the request, please enclose credit card information, check or money order in the appropriate amount made out to Faulkner University. If the request is faxed, credit card information must be included.
