To apply for graduation:

- Return the Graduation Application (signed and dated) to the Registrar's Office.

- Include your $100 Graduation Application Fee.
You must pay this fee even if you do not plan to participate in the Annual Commencement Exercise. If you applied for this same degree in a previous semester, but the degree was not awarded, the re-application fee is only $15. Both the Graduation Application and Fee must be turned in by the deadline. Applications and Fees received after the deadline will be subject to an additional $50 late fee.

Line-Up at Convention Center
Graduates need to be in the convention center 60 minutes prior to their ceremony start time for line-up. Signs or attendants will be posted to guide graduates to their respective line-up areas.
Cap and Gown
Orders can be placed online from https://collegegrad.herffjones.com anytime between January 1 and March 1, 2013. After March 1 graduates will need to contact the bookstore.
The graduation application fee does not include your cap and gown.
All graduates must have a solid black cap and a solid black gown.

Flowers & Fountain Pen
Friends For Faulkner will be selling roses ($18 for half a dozen, $25 for a dozen) and fountain pens on site for the graduation ceremony
Photography
A picture will be taken of each graduate during the ceremony.
An order form will be sent to your address along with your proof.

Appropriate Dress
CLOTHING: Dark pants and light shirt with tie for men. Dark pants, dresses or skirts for women. Dark closed toe shoes. (No flip-flops allowed)
HAIR STYLES: Hairdos should be simplistic to allow caps to be worn flat
on top of the head.
PERSONAL ITEMS: Do not bring valuables (cameras/purses/cell phones)
with you to the line-up. We cannot be responsible for valuables you
leave behind while in the ceremony.
GRADUATES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WEAR ADORNMENTS (awards/medallions/drapes/etc.) UNLESS IT IS SPECIFIED BY YOUR DEPARTMENT AND RELATIVE TO YOUR DEGREE.
