Submissions
The Faulkner Law Review welcomes submissions throughout the year. Manuscripts may be submitted in any of the following ways:
• Electronically via ExpressO submission service - http://law.bepress.com/expresso
• Electronically via email to justin.seamon@faulkner.edu
• Hard copies may be mailed to: Faulkner University, Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, ATTN: Faulkner Law Review, 5345 Atlanta Highway, Montgomery, AL 36109
Submission Requirements
• Name, email, and affiliation must be included with every submission. Cover letters may also be included.
• Submitted works should be footnoted according to the 18th edition of The Bluebook.
• The Faulkner Law Review does not currently restrict submissions based on length. Please note that the length of a work may be a consideration during the review process.
Review Process
• An Articles editor thoroughly reviews each submission. The Editor-in-Chief or other Editorial Board members may further review submitted works upon recommendation by an Articles Editor.
• We may be able to expedite review if requested. Please note that we do not alter the review process under expedited review.
• We notify authors of our decisions by email.
