Faulkner Law Students Bring "Constitution in the Classroom"
September 14, 2012

The American Constitution Society chapter at Faulkner Law hosted "Constitution in the Classroom." Faulkner Law Students went to Montgomery elementary, middle and high schools teaching children about the constitution. The event is part of ACS's celebration of constitution day, September 17.

The event is an important part of ACS's goal to raise awareness of fundamental constitutional principles.

"As lawyers, law students and educators we have a resource that we can share with students: our knowledge and appreciation of the Constitution," according to the ACS webpage. "By spending as little as one hour teaching in a high school, middle school or elementary school classroom, you can excite young minds about their constitutional rights and responsibilities."
