
Gus Nichols Library is committed to life-long learning for living in an environment that fosters education of the whole person. The library supports Faulkner University's mission thorugh maintaining a broad range of quality learning resources and services. The library is committed to excellence in instruction, advancement of knowledge, and moral & spiritual values so that, through these efforts, enrichment of the community might be achieved. The library strives to stimulate teacching and learning by creating an environment in which instruction, research, and integrity of character can thrive.

Named for the Gospel preacher Gus Nichols, Nichols Main Library is at the academic heart of Faulkner University. The library houses over 100,000 volumes and provides study space for individuals and groups. Located on teh easter side of campus, parking is available both at the front of the building and on the east side. A book drop is located near the parking lot at the entrance of the building for after-hours book returm. During open hours, pelase return books to the Circulation Desk.
Group study tables are located on the first floor and quiet individual study carrels are on the second floor. Materials used in the library, but not checked out, should be placed on tables or book carts; please do not reshelve the books.
