The visiting team then struck fast and hard in game four to force a fifth set. Faulkner was able to regain their composure however, and took the match 25-22, 25-19, 23-25, 13-25, 15-9.

The Eagles were all over the floor in game four looking for a break - Holly Hutcheson sets the ball from her knees

The Eagles seemed to struggle mentally after the late shutdown in game three. Faulkner spent much of match four looking for answers, but found very little to spark a turnaround. Then, just when it looked like frustration was going to send Faulkner to the consolation round, things began to click. Game five started in a back and forth heat, but the Eagles pulled ahead at the break and sailed through and into the semifinals.
