15 Eagles Finish Semester with 3.0
The Faulkner University Baseball Team wrapped up a successful fall by having 15 players finish the semester with a 3.0 grade point average or higher. 8 of the 15 finished with a 3.5 or higher and 3 finished with a perfect 4.0. “I am very proud of the fact that we have so many players do this well. We put a strong emphasis on academics and our doing our jobs in the classroom and it is nice to see the results” said head coach Andy Priola.
Players in the 3.0 to 3.5 range were C Ryan Duwe, C Erik Lindley, P/OF Marc Malone, P Jeff McCarthy, P/INF Adam Moore, SS Jon Musillo and 1B John Pradat. Players with 3.5 and higher were P Bryan Buice, P/3B Will Cabaniss, P/3B Jordan Cowart, OF Nick O’Neal and SS Walker Sloan. Players with perfect 4.0’s were OF Garrett Hill, P Steven Frisby and OF Nolan Williams.
