Hunnicutt House

Fixed between the Harrison Apartments and a parking lot for Davis dormitory is a small home, about 3000 square feet in all. The home has a small second story addition, and it appears as if someone plucked a house from a local neighborhood and dropped onto the middle of a college campus. In fact, the campus grew up around the home.

The Hunnicutt House, often called the President's House, was first built in 1978 as facilities for the "Home Economics" department that existed at the time. Since then, the Hunnicutt House has been home to Faulkner University presidents, students, as well as others who have meant a great deal to the university. Currently, the house is being used by Lads to Leaders.
