Program Highlights: Melanie Jenkins, from Nashville, TN, will be our keynote speaker this year!

Program Description: JEWELS is an event hosted by Faulkner University to encourage young ladies from all over to come and learn more about being a strong Christian woman. We encourage all high school ladies to come and be a part of this annual event! We will have speakers and classes that will uplift and encourage you to stand strong in your daily walk. There will be seperate classes for the adult chaperones to help encourage them as well!

Another Success Story: Prevalent messages in our society tell women to be exceedingly concerned with their physical appearance. But 1 Peter 3:3-4 encourages Christians to strive for authentic beauty-a beautiful spirit being more important than a beautiful body. Christian girls need to know, like it says in Proverbs 31:30, beauty isn’t forever, so we should strive to be virtuous women of God. I feel that these two important scriptural messages are vital to a growing Christian young lady and both are prevalent in the lessons taught at JEWELS.
