Dormitories All full time traditional students who are not married, and do not live with their parents or guardians are required to live in campus housing. Exceptions to this rule are students 21 years of age or a senior. Each dormitory is staffed by a full time Dormitory Supervisor and several part time Resident Assistants. Dormitory rooms are fully furnished except for linens and personal items. Telephone and cable service is included.
Each air conditioned dormitory has a large common area for meeting and socializing. Private bathroom facilities are attached to each room or suite. Coin operated laundry facilities and snack area are available in each dormitory. Computer labs and study rooms are also available in the Harris and Davis dormitories.
Apartments On campus apartments are available for full time unmarried students who are 21 year of age or a senior, enrolled in the traditional program. These apartments consists of four private bedrooms, two baths, a large living area, kitchen and laundry room. Kitchen appliances include refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher. Washer and dryers are installed in each apartment.
Apartments are fully furnished except for linens, kitchen items, and personal items, with ceiling fans in each room. Alarm system, telephone and cable service is provided.
A full time apartment supervisor lives on site to assist residents.
Campus Dining Hill Food Services provides a five day and seven day meal plan, featuring a wide variety of dining choices, such as hot entrees, salad and fruit bar, and sandwich grill. Click here for hours of operation.
All dormitory residents are required to purchase a meal plan. Meal plans are available to off campus students and apartment residents.

Vehicles Students are permitted to keep motor vehicles on campus if properly registered. Students are expected to abide by all campus traffic regulations.
Security Faulkner University provides campus security 24 hours a day.
Maintenance Maintenance is provided by National Management Resources. Work requests may be turned in online by accessing the link in Outlook, under Public Folders.
Health Services A Registered nurse is on duty from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. She provides services including treatment for cuts, sprains, flu, cold, and other minor illnesses. Blood pressure and temperature checks are also provided in the office. Nonprescription drugs are available. These services are provided free of charge to all traditional students.
A group of local physicians are on call for treatment of students in an emergency, or for more serious illnesses.
