It is important to understand the financial obligations before attending a university.  Here are the approximate costs to expect for the 2010-2011 academic year.

  • Tuition (up to 32 semester hours per year)        $13,740
  • General Fee                                                   $1070
  • Room (dormitory)                                           $3,250
  • Meals (14 per week)                                        $3,200
  • Books (approximately)                                    $800
  • Funding needed for personal items and travel expenses vary.

Payment for the semester must be made in full at the beginning of each term (August and January). Financial Aid is available but scholarship funds are limited, so it is best to apply as early as possible.

These are the SAT scores needed to obtain a scholarship, as well as the scholarship amounts.

SAT score                           Amount

2070 and above               60% of tuition ($7,200 per year)
1950-2060                      40% of tuition ($4,800 per year)
