National Management Resources is the company that takes care of most of Faulkner's maintenance needs. Its facilities on campus have recently undergone a major renovation.
In fact, the original maintenance building no longer even exists. So much was the need for a larger building and facility because of the Faulkner's tremendous growth that the university was inclined to build a whole new structure. The current building has 6,250 square feet of space and houses all of National's offices and equipment needed to keep the school running. This includes landscape, custodial, and plant maintenance services. The facility is valued at nearly a quarter of a million dollars.
