Application Instructions:
Download or print the MCJ Application Form above (MS Word format or Adobe Acrobat format). Fill out the Application Form completely. Mail the Form with a $35.00 non-refundable application fee to:
Faulkner University - Connie Millergren - MCJ Criminal Justice Department, 5345 Atlanta Highway, Montgomery, AL 36109-3398. Applications can also be faxed to 334-386-7281.
Applications should include a resume and a letter of intent as requested in the Admission Requirements section of the Faulkner MCJ Website.
Letters of reference cannot be accepted from relatives of the applicant's immediate family.

For all applications to the MCJ program received after September 1, 2006 the following formula will apply for unconditional admission to the MCJ program:
(Grade Point Average x 310) + GRE or MAT or GMAT score must equal or exceed 1,250
