Business Administration (BBA)

The BBA is an executive degree completion program designed not only to increase your knowledge of business, but your own personal assets of character, intelligence and creative-thinking. The Faulkner degree offers flexibility for the working adult with a family. Our courses are innovative and student-focused and cover the most pressing issues in business today. Coursework includes one-day directed study seminars held at our Montgomery campus covering intense studies of current topics.

Management of Human Resources (MHR)

The MHR is an executive degree completion program that prepares students with work experience for careers in human resources, insurance, banking, sales, law enforcement, government and military service. The degree can prepare you to balance the needs of an organization for better people and profits, and the need to create both a healthy workforce and bottom line. Coursework, with an emphasis on interpersonal communications, is combined with directed study assignments to be presented on certain Saturdays, and an applied research project based on a student's own interests conducted with the assistance of an instructor.

Criminal Justice (BCJ)

Faulkner's Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice is a professional degree completion program enhancing the knowledge of professionals in law enforcement, security, corrections, or the legal field, preparing students for law school. Courses are taught by experienced professionals who help students meet the challenges not only of the classroom, but of the streets and the courtrooms. Our coursework also incorporates Christian principles with the criminal justice code.

Credit is granted for law enforcement and corrections minimum standards certification. With 60 hours of coursework completed, you can earn the BCJ degree in only one year.
