Executive Education Programs
The programs offered in the Harris College of Business & Executive Education are designed to develop and enhance leadership qualities in men and women preparing them for roles in the free enterprise system of the business community. The College emphasizes the integration of Christian values with business in its traditional and executive programs. The Harris College of Business & Executive Education operates within a quality student/ teaching oriented environment and adapts a futuristic approach in graduating educated students interested in what an education enables them to be as well as what it enables them to do.
The Harris College of Business offers the following Executive Education Programs:
- Executive Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program is broad-based, offering a versatile education in business and management. This program enhances the learning horizons of students by offering a blend of various courses considered vital for a successful career in business.
- Bachelor of Science in the Management of Human Resources (MHR) The Management of Human Resources (MHR) Executive Degree Completion program is a bachelor's degree designed specifically for the working adult. It is a general management degree program with an overview of the field of human resources management. The program benefits individuals in fields such as insurance, banking, law enforcement, sales, government, general administration, and military service.
- Master of Science in Management (MSM) The MSM is designed to develop business, leadership, and operational skills by focusing on career development that incorporates technology and a forward thinking approach. This 3 semester program is intended to enhance the learning horizons of executives by offering a blend of courses vital for a business career in the 21st century.
