Syllabus

Student Responsibility: All assigned reading and writing must be accomplished on the dates specified on the schedule. If you do not hand in a paper on time, you must write a note at the end of the paper to explain why it is being handed in late. You will be allowed ONE late paper. After that, you will receive a one letter grade reduction on your final grade for EACH late paper. English 1301 is a writing course and your text is as important to class as the textbooks you read.

C. Class Attendance: You are allowed 2 unexcused absences. University policy also demands that anyone missing more than 25% of the class will automatically receive an F for the course.
