Donnie Hilliard is Director of the Cloverdale Center for Family Strengths at Faulkner University. He is co-founder of Christian Family Development and also is co-founder of Christian Family Development and co-founder of The Youth Workers Enrichment Conference. Dr. Hilliard is the editor of Our Families Magazine. He has conducted ground-breaking research on successful fathers and successful marriages. He is in great demand as a speaker for marriage and family enrichment seminars. Donnie and his wife, Sherrie, have been married for 30 years and have two children: David and Sarah.

Nancy Stinnett has partnered with Nick Stinnett in the research on strong families for the past twenty-five years. She is on the staff at The University of Alabama and is the head teacher at the Infant Laboratory in the Department of Human Development and Family Studies. Nancy also teaches parenting and marriage classes.
