College Level Examination Program (CLEP)
The College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) offers examinees the opportunity to receive college credit for knowledge they have previously obtained. Exams are given in a variety of introductory college subjects and college credit may be granted for earning qualifying scores on the exams. The CLEP exams are 90 minutes long and are scored immediately upon completion. (Scores will not be immediately available for the English Composition with Essay exam or other exams that include written essays.)
CLEP exams are typically administered twice a month on the Faulkner University campus. Examinees can take up to two exams during one exam session in any of the following general subject areas:
- History & Social Sciences
- Composition & Literature
- Science & Mathematics
- World Languages
